The Restaurant
On the top of Pu Luong Retreat, the restaurant is located in the middle of garden and placed at 3 terraced areas, serving up to 200 guests. The main restaurant is on the first floor of a stilt house with perfect convertibility to excellent dining functions, serving both outdoor and indoor tables, with a maximum of 100-120 guests. The cosy restaurant connects to the main one, an independent place ideal for a small group of 10-15 guests looking for privacy.The newest restaurant offers great panoramic view, serving up to 65 guests.
All restaurants are designed in rustic Thai style, with bamboo tables and chairs, non-glue piled marble bar, and wooden lamps. The open-air seats offer soothing forest and mountain views for breakfast and lunch, while in the evening, the fireplace and candlelit tables create a warm and inviting ambiance. Traditional folk music performance are on due time.
We offer a wide range of foods from Set menu, A La Carte menu and Buffet by both Asian and Western. We have our own bakery and create our yogurt and sauces. Our professional cooking team has well managed Authentic Asian food with proper modifications highly adaptable to Westerners’ tastes. We have great experience dealing with Diet, Vegetarian, family parties, gala dinners and wedding parties.To help the local farmers and for farm-to-table dining, we try to collect ingredients from organic mini farms surroundings. All of them are fresh, flavorful and nutrient-rich organic ingredients
Tea Room
The tea room is setup on the second floor of the main restaurant of Puluong Retreat, described as a mini museum of Thai hill tribal people with their unique patterns painted and decorated, ideal for book reading, tea, coffee or simply relaxing. The recommended time is after dinner or sunset.
In special cases, the tea room can easily convert into a mini meeting room for small group of 20 delegates, providing a particular ambience for creativity.
