The Restaurant
Our restaurant is on the first floor of a stilt house with perfect convertibility to excellent dining functions, serving both outdoor and indoor tables, with maximum of 70 guests. The decoration and furniture are rustic Thai’s style, with bamboo tables, chairs, and wooden lamps. The open-air seats offer soothing forest and mountain views for breakfast and lunch, while the fireplace and candlelit tables create a warm and inviting ambiance in the evening. Under the management of Puluong Retreat’s chef, we offer wide range of foods from Set menu, A La Carte menu and Buffet by both Asian and Western style. Our professional cooking team has well managed Authentic Asian food with proper modifications that are highly adaptable to Westerners’ tastes. We have great experience dealing with Diet, Vegetarian, family parties, gala dinners, and wedding parties.
To help the local farmers and for farm-to-table dining, we try to collect ingredients from organic mini farms' surroundings. All of them are fresh, flavorful and nutrient-rich organic ingredients.
The Infinity Pool
Even though the Puluong Valley home is modest in size, it still provides all the necessary services for international travellers, including a swimming pool. Built on the riverbank, the pool has a stunning panorama view of terrace rice fields, valleys, and superb mountains. Don’t forget to try our nice pool service with classic cocktails, ice-cold beers, and an extensive wine list, or simply relax at our comfortable sunbathing beds. A large venue surrounding can offer pool party or outdoor dinner.
